Armada Properties Sdn Bhd is a Real Estate and Property Management company, under Darussalam Assets Group of companies.
Incorporated in October 2006, we specialise in providing comprehensive accommodation solutions and property management service with a commitment in delivering holistic community-driven customer experience.
We currently have a portfolio of approximately 800 residential units, with a growing portfolio of commercial units in the pipeline.
Armada expanded into Facilities Management market segment in 2016 for Brunei Polytechnic and BRIDEX.
We started reactivation projects in 2020, turning unoccupied assets that are otherwise abandoned, into productive use, ensuring long term preservation of value and sustainability.
